BIOGRAPHY
I have been a member of CFUW London since 2023 and currently serve as Regional Director for Ontario West. Through my work with CFUW, I have been committed to strengthening collaboration among clubs, supporting advocacy initiatives, and promoting opportunities that advance education, equity, and lifelong learning for women and girls.
Professionally, I work as a Senior Product Specialist with Canada Life, leading initiatives that improve health products and member experience through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. I also hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with a passion for supporting individuals’ mental health and well-being.
Beyond my professional and volunteer roles, I am actively involved in community organizations that support newcomers, Muslim communities, and women through leadership, education, and advocacy. I believe in building meaningful connections, empowering others through service, and fostering inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
